Product Description:

The CPl-A Cigar Suction Resistance Tester is a testing instrument for cigar physical parameters developed according to the actual needs of tobacco industry.The tester can obtain the cigar draw resistance by measuring the differential pressure through the constant flow suction.It applies to the full inspection and sampling inspection of the draw resistance of the cigar blank in the manual cigar production site,and plays a guiding role in the compression molding process.The instrument is also used for sampling of finished cigars.


The CPl-A Cigar Suction Resistance Tester adopts the industrial computer for man-machine interaction,with beautiful interface and strong data processing capability.It uses the self-developed internal standard gas circuit and clean gas circuit,simple and convenient.



  • It applies to the draw resistance detection of finished products and blanks for handmade/machine-made cigars.
  • The instrument adopts the CFO constant flow device to ensure the flow stability.
  • The instrument adopts imported high-precision baroceptor to ensure the detection accuracy of the instrument.
  • The instrument adopts the imported latex tube with high elasticity to ensure the effective packing of cigars.
